Peter – “Yoga class has been great over the last bunch of weeks. I really enjoy his style of yoga, I believe its yin, rather than yang. I find that it is exactly what I need to reduce the aches and pains.  I have also returned to the gym after about a year and a half of being greatly concerned about re-injury.  The yoga very effectively helps me loosen up the tightness that I get when doing the more strenuous exercises, I’m sure that it prevents me from further injuring myself also.
I’m a believer!
Still working on getting a few buddies out.  They acknowledge that they should try it, I’m slowly trying to motivate the lazy asses to get their butts off of the couch and get at it.  Sooner or later they’ll give in. Cheers”
